For an average suburban home.
3-4 monthly services will have your windows cleaned before the grime or dirt becomes visible and keep them spotless all year around.
6 monthly will keep your windows presentable and clean, grime and dirt will only start to be noticed just before they are cleaned again.
12 monthly is considered a maintenance clean and will help keep the mould at bay.
Shops
Most shop fronts are cleaned externally every week, fortnight or month. With the internal glass cleaned on demand or as needed.
Offices
Offices are usually cleaned every 3-4 months

Most resorts or body corporates are cleaned yearly and are generally an external only clean. With the internals and others left to tenants and owners.

For residential homes this generally includes windows inside and out, hosing or scrubbing all screens as well as brush, vacuum and wiping all tracks. Mirrors, balustrades and anything else glass can also be included.

No, we will always use the correct techniques for the surfaces we are cleaning. Is is very rare that we will put a pressure cleaner on anything except concrete or rocks.
